Colors Café at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol has launched its annual Ice Cream Week, running from June 12th to 21st, 2026. This year's event celebrates Cypriot culinary heritage, transforming traditional flavors into innovative ice cream creations. Executive Pastry Chef Dimitris Hatzigiannis and his team have developed a menu featuring tastes like galaktoboureko, soutzouko, and soumada, alongside unique combinations such as kataifi and baklava-inspired gelato. Signature cocktails are also available to complement the sweet offerings.
