Pritvor predložen za Tarika Ahmića uhapšenog u akciji "Potok"
Postupajući tužilac Tužilaštva Kantona Sarajevo predložio je Općinskom sudu u Sarajevu određivanje jednomjesečnog pritvora Tariku Ahmiću (19) koji je uhapšen u akciji FUP-a kodnog naziva "Potok".
A prosecutor from the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office has requested one month of pre-trial detention for Tarik Ahmić, a 19-year-old arrested during the "Potok" operation. The Federal Police Administration (FUP) conducted the operation. Ahmić is suspected of drug trafficking. The request was submitted to the Municipal Court in Sarajevo for a decision.
The proposed detention aims to prevent further criminal activity and ensure the integrity of the investigation into alleged drug trafficking.
