Digital Literacy Key to PNG's Universal Access Goals

Papua New Guinea's ambition for widespread digital access is being hindered by a lack of digital literacy, according to Eremas Misiar, Acting Project Implementation Manager for Universal Access Services (UAS) at the National Information Communication Technology Authority (NICTA). Misiar identified this skill gap as the crucial obstacle preventing citizens from fully utilizing available digital services and information. Overcoming this challenge is essential for achieving true universal access across the nation.
