Nenadić: ODIHR recommendations unimplemented, need election day prosecution

Serbia has enacted electoral law amendments that have drawn praise from the EU. However, experts like Nemanja Nenadić caution that legislative changes alone are insufficient to ensure fair elections.

Nenadić specifically highlighted that the recommendations from the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) are not being put into practice. He emphasized the necessity of having a prosecution service actively present on election day to address violations effectively.
