Approximately Sh681.7 billion will fund crucial medical supplies, equipment, and infrastructure improvements to enhance healthcare access nationwide. The remaining Sh667.3 billion is allocated for settling verified domestic arrears, aiming to inject liquidity into the economy and encourage business growth.
