Agusan del Sur Governor Santiago Cane Jr. has denied arranging legal representation for the family of Rene Baterbonia, the Ateneo student-athlete who recently drowned during a team activity. He specifically refuted claims of mediating with lawyers Israelito Torreon and Jimmy Bondoc to represent the deceased student's family.
