Andhra Pradesh Medical Practice Simplified
Those with recognised medical qualification and holding valid registration can practice in the State without the need for obtaining separate registration from the AP Medical Council or NOC from the State Medical Council or Union Territory Medical Council where they are registered
Andhra Pradesh has streamlined its regulations for medical practitioners. Individuals possessing recognized medical qualifications and valid registrations are now permitted to practice within the state. This change eliminates the requirement for them to obtain separate registration from the AP Medical Council. Additionally, they no longer need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the medical council of the state or Union Territory where their primary registration is held.
This reform aims to reduce bureaucratic hurdles for qualified medical professionals, potentially improving healthcare accessibility in the state.
