Indonesia Adopts WIPO Data Model for Creative Economy Growth

Indonesia's Ministry of Creative Economy is set to implement the Creative Economy Data Model (CEDM). This initiative is being undertaken in partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The CEDM aims to standardize data collection and analysis within the nation's creative industries. By adopting this international framework, the ministry expects to enhance the understanding and support for sectors such as film, music, and design.

This move is intended to provide a clearer picture of the creative economy's contribution to Indonesia's GDP and facilitate targeted policy development.
