Viši sud: Ljekarska komora nezakonito smjenila Mugošu

The Higher Court has definitively ruled that the Medical Chamber acted unlawfully in dismissing Mugoša from his position. This decision comes after nearly four years of legal proceedings, with the court confirming all actions and procedures related to the dismissal were illegal.
Previously, the Supreme Court had also determined that Mugoša was improperly removed from his role as a member of the Council for Civil Control of Police Work. Consequently, Mugoša is now seeking compensation for non-material damages through a lawsuit.
The ruling highlights potential procedural misconduct by professional bodies and establishes a precedent for challenging such decisions.
