Reliance Industries Chairman and Managing Director Mukesh Ambani offered prayers at the hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala, Tirupati on Friday (June 12, 2026).
Mr. Ambani was accompanied by his younger son Anant Ambani and daughter-in-law Radhika Merchant. Dressed in the traditional attire prescribed for worship at the temple, the family took part in the weekly abhishekam ritual conducted inside the sanctum in the early hours of the day.

TTD Executive Officer Muddada Ravichandra presented Mr. Ambani with the deity’s laddu and theertha prasadams. Later, Anant Ambani and Ms. Merchant visited the TTD’s goshala before the family departed for Mumbai.
Chief Justice of the Andhra Pradesh High Court Lisa Gill also offered prayers at the temple on Friday. On her arrival, she was received by Mr. Ravichandra, Additional Executive Officer Ch. Venkaiah Chowdary and Chief Vigilance and Security Officer Muralikrishna, and temple priests extended the traditional Isti-kapal reception in keeping with the customs of the shrine.
Vedic scholars rendered Vedasirvachanams to the Chief Justice at the Ranganayakula Mandapam, where officials presented her with theertha prasadam and a framed portrait of Lord Venkateswara. Deputy Executive Officer Lokanatham and other officials were present.
