Scanwolf Secures RM21 Million Subcontract for Klang Factory Project
KUALA LUMPUR: Scanwolf Corporation Bhd, menerusi anak syarikat milik penuhnya, Scanwolf Trading and Construction Sdn Bhd, menerima surat lantikan (LOA) daripada Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd untuk kontrak bernilai RM21 juta. Dalam makluman kepada Bursa Malaysia hari ini, Scanwolf Corp menyatakan subkontrak itu merangkumi kerja-kerja pembinaan, penyiapan, pengujian dan pentauliahan sebuah blok kilang sembilan tingkat di Klang, Selangor, untuk Tetuan Armani Maker Alliance Sdn Bh
Scanwolf Corporation Bhd has been awarded a letter of appointment (LOA) valued at RM21 million for a subcontracting project. The LOA was issued by Sg Besi Construction Sdn Bhd to Scanwolf Trading and Construction Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scanwolf Corp. The project involves the construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of a nine-story factory block located in Klang, Selangor, for Armani Maker Alliance Sdn Bhd. Construction is slated to commence on June 12, 2026, and is expected to conclude by June 11, 2027. Scanwolf Corp announced that this subcontract will not affect the company's share capital or shareholding structure. However, it is projected to positively contribute to the company's revenue and earnings per share for the financial years ending June 30, 2026, and June 2027.
This contract award signifies business growth for Scanwolf Corporation Bhd and contributes to the development of industrial infrastructure in Klang.
