Home Renovation Program: Up to €36,000 for Upgrades
Ανοίγει τη Δευτέρα 15 Ιουνίου η πλατφόρμα για το νέο πρόγραμμα «Ανακαίνιση Κατοικίας», συνολικού προϋπολογισμού 500 εκατ. ευρώ, το οποίο στοχεύει στην ανακαίνιση περίπου 25.000 κατοικιών σε όλη τη χώρα, με την επιδότηση να φτάνει έως τα 36.000 ευρώ για κατοικία έως 120 τ.μ. Το πρόγραμμα θα «τρέξει» σε δύο φάσεις. Από τη Δευτέρα και μέχρι τις 31 Αυγούστου 2026 οι πολίτες μέσω της πλατφόρμας στο gov.gr θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να προχωρήσουν στην έκδοση Βεβαίωσης Επιλεξιμότητας.
The 'Home Renovation' program, with a €500 million budget, launches on June 15th, aiming to renovate approximately 25,000 homes across Greece. Subsidies can reach up to €36,000 per residence for those up to 120 sq.m. The program will operate in two phases: an eligibility verification period until August 31, 2026, followed by funding applications starting September 1, 2026. It targets both vacant properties intended for primary residence use and currently occupied homes needing upgrades. Eligibility criteria include income thresholds and property ownership. For vacant homes, specific electricity supply conditions or minimal consumption over 2024-2025 must be met. Occupied homes must be declared as primary residences for 2025. Applicants must hold full ownership or usufruct of at least 50% for vacant properties, or any property right for occupied ones.
This program offers significant financial incentives for homeowners to renovate and upgrade their properties, aiming to stimulate the construction sector and improve housing stock.
