A 35-year-old man was arrested on Friday, June 12th, in Nova Olinda do Norte, Amazonas, for allegedly assaulting his 19-year-old stepdaughter. According to the Civil Police, the young woman was punched when she intervened to protect her mother from domestic violence by the suspect.
