Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has refuted claims made by US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard regarding alleged US government funding for over 120 'biolaboratories' in Ukraine. The ministry emphasized that Ukraine adheres to its international obligations under the Biological Weapons Convention and has never engaged in the development, production, or stockpiling of biological weapons. Ukraine stated that its cooperation with the US in biological security has solely focused on strengthening public health systems, epidemiological surveillance, and laboratory diagnostics. These activities are described as routine civilian efforts aligned with international health standards, not military objectives.
