The company clarified that its role was limited to providing financing to JJF Investments CC, a client that had already secured a purchase order from the municipality. Bellatrix stated it did not receive a contract or purchase order directly from the municipality. The financial services provider emphasized that it acts solely as a financier, supporting SMEs with approved purchase orders and invoices, and does not influence tender or procurement processes.
