Media Prima Berhad (MPB) secured nine accolades at the Kelantan Media Awards (AMK) during the National Journalists Day (HAWANA) celebration in Kelantan. Freelance journalist Hazira Ahmad Zaidi of Harian Metro won Best Malay Newspaper Article, while Sharifah Mahsinah Syed Abdullah of the New Straits Times took second place in the Best Non-Malay Newspaper Article category. Other Media Prima journalists and photographers also received recognition for their work in TV reporting, radio presenting, and news photography. The awards were presented by the Kelantan Menteri Besar, Datuk Mohd Nassuruddin Daud, who emphasized the importance of factual and responsible reporting in the current information age.
