Health Directorate Orders Proper Treatment for Ad-Din Patients

The Directorate General of Health Services has instructed all government hospitals in Dhaka to provide appropriate medical care to patients referred from Ad-Din Hospital in Maghbazar. This directive comes after the cancellation of Ad-Din Women's Medical College Hospital's license. The order, signed by the Director of Hospitals and Clinics, was sent to the directors of several major public hospitals, including Dhaka Medical College Hospital and Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital. Patients are reportedly leaving Ad-Din Hospital, while the hospital authorities plan to appeal the license cancellation decision.

This directive ensures continuity of care for patients affected by the license cancellation of a major private hospital, prioritizing public health.
