The opening ceremony took place in Nova Sintra, attended by local authorities and the Director of the National Library of Cape Verde. Promoted by the Ministry of Culture and Creative Industries through the National Library, in partnership with Camões – Institute for Cooperation and Language, the fair aims to invigorate the book market and improve access to literature.
