BPS Confirms July 2026 Payment Dates for Family Allowances

The Banco de Previsión Social (BPS) has announced the payment dates for family allowances in July 2026, which correspond to June's benefits. In Montevideo, payments for allowances covered under laws N° 18.227 and N° 15.084 will be processed between July 2nd and July 22nd. Those receiving payments via the Tarjeta Asignaciones Familiares (Afam) through electronic money issuers will be paid on July 2nd. Payments through contractor companies like Abitab and RedPagos will occur from July 3rd to July 22nd. Similar schedules apply for beneficiaries in the interior of the country. Holders must present their valid ID for collection, and proxies require additional documentation.
