Et enstemmig storting vil endre Grunnloven slik at prinsesse Ingrid Alexandra kan fungere som regent i kongens og kronprinsens fravær. Dermed kan det bli prinsessen som leder et statsråd når situasjonen krever det. Det går fram av en innstilling fra Stortingets kontroll- og konstitusjonskomité tirsdag.
