An air passenger was booked by the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) police after he allegedly assaulted a Lufthansa cabin crew member during a flight from Frankfurt to Hyderabad on Tuesday. The accused, B. Satish Kumar, allegedly attacked Peter Bauser, a German national who has been working as a cabin crew member with Lufthansa. According to the police, the incident occurred on board Lufthansa flight LH-752 while the crew member was carrying out routine in-flight service. During the service, a snack trolley reportedly brushed against the passenger’s leg accidentally. Police said the crew member immediately apologised for the incident. However, the passenger allegedly became enraged and assaulted him, causing minor injuries. After the flight landed at Hyderabad, Mr. Peter Bauser lodged a complaint with the RGIA police. Based on the complaint, a case was registered and an investigation has been taken up.
