According to a report on “Saksi” on Wednesday, the barangay captain said that the delivery truck could have been overloaded, which led to the mishap.
It could have been moving fast as well along the curved portion of the road, the barangay official said.
Residents and authorities helped in clearing the road that turned into a sea of spilled beer.
