Details published by IRNA included U.S. commitments to grant Iran access to its frozen funds and end the blockade on its ships and ports while Iran commits to facilitate the return of marine traffic in the Gulf and Gulf of Oman to prewar levels and not to produce or acquire nuclear weapons. — Reuters
