New 72-Installment Debt Regulation for Tax and Social Security Debts Opens End of June 2026
Χιλιάδες οφειλέτες αναμένουν με αγωνία την ενεργοποίηση της νέας ρύθμισης των 72 δόσεων για ληξιπρόθεσμα χρέη προς την εφορία και τα ασφαλιστικά ταμεία. Η έκτακτη ρύθμιση αφορά οφειλές που έγιναν ληξιπρόθεσμες έως τις 31 Δεκεμβρίου 2023 και παρέμεναν αρρύθμιστες έως τις 21 Απριλίου 2026. A new regulation allowing debtors to pay overdue taxes and social security contributions in up to 72 installments will become available through the myAADE platform by the end of June 2026. This scheme applies to debts that became overdue by December 31, 2023, and remained unregulated until April 21, 2026. Applications can be submitted until the end of December 2026. Debts already part of another regulation are excluded. To qualify, all debts incurred from January 1, 2024, onwards must be settled or regulated prior to application. The interest rate for this regulation is set at 5.84%, with a minimum installment amount of €30.
