Nine Principles for Practical and Research-Oriented Agricultural Education in Nepal

While Nepal has existing structures for agricultural education and research, their effectiveness is hampered by a lack of coordination and collaboration. The author argues that student research questions should stem from real-world issues and farmer challenges, rather than solely from online sources. The proposed principles aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical application. Implementing these guidelines could lead to more relevant and impactful agricultural development. The focus is on fostering a more hands-on and problem-solving approach to agricultural education.
