The Higher Court in Belgrade has delivered its verdict in the case of Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, the parents of Kosta K., the student who committed a mass murder at "Vladislav Ribnikar" Elementary School over three years ago. The court sentenced Vladimir Kecmanović to 14 and a half years in prison, while Miljana Kecmanović received a sentence of nearly three years.
