The Higher Court in Belgrade has delivered its verdict in the case of Vladimir and Miljana Kecmanović, parents of Kosta K., the student responsible for the 2023 massacre at "Vladislav Ribnikar" Elementary School. Both parents have been sentenced to prison terms for their role in the tragedy. Vladimir Kecmanović received a sentence of 14 and a half years, while Miljana Kecmanović was sentenced to nearly three years. The court's decision follows a retrial after a previous verdict was overturned.
