BNP leader Motahar Hossain assumes charge as Chairman of Mymensingh Development Authority
নবগঠিত ময়মনসিংহ উন্নয়ন কর্তৃপক্ষের (মউক) আনুষ্ঠানিক কার্যক্রম শুরু হয়েছে। আজ বৃহস্পতিবার দুপুরে নগরের গণপূর্ত ভবনে অস্থায়ী কার্যালয়ে সংস্থাটির চেয়ারম্যান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব গ্রহণ করেন উত্তর জেলা বিএনপির যুগ্ম আহ্বায়ক মোতাহার হোসেন তালুকদার। এ সময় তাঁকে ফুল দিয়ে শুভেচ্ছা জানান গণপূর্ত বিভাগের কর্মকর্তারা। দায়িত্ব গ্রহণের পর প্রধানমন্ত্রী তারেক রহমানের প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করে মোতাহার হোসেন তালুকদার বলেন, পরিকল্পিত নগর গড়ে তোলার দায়িত্ব তাঁকে দেওয়া হয়েছে। প্রশাসন ও সব শ্রেণি-পেশার
Motahar Hossain Talukder, Joint Convener of the North District BNP, has officially taken charge as the Chairman of the newly formed Mymensingh Development Authority (MDA).
