Alibaba has announced an adjustment to the conversion rate for its 2024 convertible senior notes due 2031, effective June 11, 2026. This adjustment, triggered by the declaration of dividends in 2026, will increase the conversion rate from 9.8915 to 9.9823 American Depositary Shares (ADS) per $1,000 principal amount.
