36氪获悉，德方纳米公告，公司拟向特定对象发行股票募集资金总额不超过29亿元，扣除发行费用后用于锂电新材料一体化(一期)项目(即20万吨/年磷酸盐新材料项目)及补充流动资金。其中，锂电新材料一体化项目投资总额24亿元，拟使用募集资金21.5亿元；补充流动资金项目拟使用募集资金7.5亿元。项目旨在新增年产20万吨新一代高压实磷酸盐新材料产能，以顺应新能源汽车及储能市场增长需求，提升公司市场竞争力。
Defang Nano announced plans for a private placement of shares to raise up to 2.9 billion yuan. The funds will be allocated to an integrated lithium battery new material project (Phase 1), aiming for an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of next-generation high-density phosphate materials, and to supplement working capital.
