Government Abolishes Centralized State Communication Procurement
Az állami intézmények jogot kapnak rá, hogy a központosított rendszeren kívül intézzék kommunikációs beszerzéseiket. A központosított rendszert használhatják, ha akarják, de a Kommunikációs Hivatal létező keretszerződései alatt nem lehet beszerzéseket végrehajtani. State institutions will now have the authority to manage their communication procurement outside the centralized system. While they can still utilize the existing framework, procurement under the Communication Office's framework agreements will no longer be possible, effectively rendering those agreements obsolete. This change grants greater autonomy to individual institutions in their communication purchasing decisions.
This policy shift decentralizes communication procurement, potentially impacting efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and vendor relationships for state institutions.
