Expert San Simon Coulibaly highlighted the context of 'information warfare' since Captain Ibrahim Traoré assumed power, citing critical international media coverage as an example. The strategy aligns with the government's call for a 'truthful diplomacy' and the defense of national interests. The document developed serves as a reference tool to counter negative perceptions and promote a more accurate image of the country.
