Three Saudi supertankers, carrying a total of 6 million barrels of crude oil, have transited the Strait of Hormuz shortly after the signing of a deal between the US and Iran aimed at ending a conflict that disrupted global energy supplies. This marks the largest volume of oil exports from Saudi ports through the strait in recent weeks. The vessels had previously concealed their movements, but their passage was confirmed via ship-tracking platforms. This development follows a temporary agreement signed by the US and Iran, though tensions remain. Other tankers, including one carrying LNG from Qatar, also passed through the strait.
