These storms could bring large hail and strong wind gusts. This warning follows a Code Yellow alert for extreme heat that has been in effect since yesterday. Temperatures are expected to remain high, reaching up to 36 degrees Celsius in some areas. Several sporting events have already been canceled due to the tropical conditions. The forecast also indicates a possibility of rain and thunderstorms overnight in the northeastern parts of the country, potentially accompanied by wind gusts and hail.
