Former Oncology Directors Nino Vasev and Nehat Nuhiji Post Over €500,000 Bail
Поранешните директори на Клиниката за онкологија Нино Васев и Нехат Нухи , за да се бранат од слобода и да им биде укината мерката притвор, и двајцата понудиле хипотека на недвижен имот чија заедничка вредност надминува 500 илјади евра. Кривичниот совет при Основниот кривичен суд Скопје, постапувајќи по предлог на одбраната Никола Васев и Нехат Нухи за укинување на мерката притвор со определување гаранција, го уважи предлогот, а позитивно мислење дало и Јавното обвинителство.
Former directors of the Oncology Clinic, Nino Vasev and Nehat Nuhiji, have collectively posted over 500,000 euros in bail to secure their release from pre-trial detention. The bail was granted by the Criminal Council of the Basic Criminal Court Skopje, with the Public Prosecutor's Office also issuing a positive opinion. Vasev's bail is set at approximately €183,981, secured by a mortgage on real estate, while Nuhiji's bail is €348,049, also secured by property. Both individuals are subject to precautionary measures, including restrictions on leaving Skopje, monthly court appearances, and the temporary confiscation of travel documents. The court considered the possibility of prolonged detention but noted the bail conditions have been met, making the decisions final.
The posting of substantial bail by former clinic directors signifies a shift in their legal status, moving from detention to conditional freedom pending trial.
