The offer, initiated by BCA itself, aimed to protect minority shareholders. Coris Holding acquired 532,413 shares, representing 40.19% of BCA's capital, at a price of 14,918 Cape Verdean escudos per share. The President of BCA's Board of Directors, Gilberto Barros, viewed the operation as a strong vote of confidence in the institution, emphasizing its commitment to serving the economy. The President of the Cabo Verde Stock Exchange, Júlia da Cruz, reported that the operation was successful, with 20 orders received for 32,300 shares, and expressed hope that it would strengthen BCA and the Cape Verdean economy.
