Modern MUP RS Facility Opens in Pale, Costing 11.5 Million KM

A new, state-of-the-art facility for the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska (MUP RS) has opened in Pale. The investment of 11.5 million KM covers 5,123 square meters and represents a significant upgrade in material and technical conditions for the ministry. Minister of Internal Affairs Željko Budimir stated that the building signifies the ministry's preparation for the 21st century and a new understanding of security. The facility will house the Pale Police Station, Traffic Safety Police Station, the Pale Gendarmerie Unit, and a personal documents issuance center. The opening ceremony was attended by high-ranking officials, including the Prime Minister of Republika Srpska and the leader of SNSD.
