Smart lighting company Philips Hue has introduced new Wired Wall Switch Modules that allow users to integrate traditional, non-smart lights into the Hue ecosystem. These modules are installed behind existing wall switches. Additionally, Hue announced more affordable versions of its Signe lamps and upgraded E14 candle bulbs with enhanced features and Matter-over-Thread compatibility. The new products are available globally, though the wall modules are currently limited to Europe.
These innovations expand the reach of smart home technology, making it easier for consumers to upgrade their existing lighting systems without complete replacement.
