Tanzania and Indonesia sign audit cooperation agreement
DAR ES SALAAM: TANZANIA and Indonesia have signed an audit cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening public sector auditing, promoting accountability, and improving management of public resources. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in Dar es Salaam by Controller and Auditor General (CAG) Dr Charles Kichere and Indonesia’s Audit Board (BPK) Chairman Dr Isma Yatun. Dr Kichere said the agreement will help Tanzania improve audit systems through knowledge exchange
