Between April 20 and May 17, these cells reportedly launched at least seven drone attacks from desert areas near Basra and Samawah, targeting facilities in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Some fighters involved are from the 'Islamic Resistance in Iraq' coalition. Iraqi officials, including Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaydi, have condemned attacks on Gulf nations.
