Thousands Participate in 'Turag Active Dhaka 25K 2026' Running Event at Hatirjheel

Approximately 3,000 professional and amateur runners participated in the third edition of the 'Turag Active Dhaka 25K 2026' international running event held at Hatirjheel in Dhaka. Under the slogan 'Road to Glory,' the event, organized by 'Run Bangladesh' and sponsored by 'Turag Active,' featured a 25-kilometer main race starting from a new point at Hatirjheel. A new addition this year was the 3-kilometer wheelchair category, promoting inclusivity in sports. Winners were awarded cash prizes, trophies, and medals. The event also included a 10.3K race and a 3K kids' category. The 'Turag Active Dhaka 25K 2026' is recognized by AIMS and its route is certified by World Athletics, highlighting its international standards. The event celebrated fitness, healthy lifestyles, and self-discovery through running.
