Seven Women Cooperatives Propose 120 Million Rupees Investment in Agriculture

Seven women's cooperatives, focused on agricultural production and market expansion, have proposed an investment of 120 million rupees to banks and financial institutions. The proposal was made during a 'Farm to Finance' national pitching event organized by Heifer International Nepal. The participating cooperatives are from Dang, Palpa, Sarlahi, Sindhuli, Kaski, and Nawalpur districts.

This initiative demonstrates a significant financial commitment from women's cooperatives towards agricultural development, potentially boosting productivity and economic empowerment.
