This popular program permits eligible Hong Kong private car owners to drive into Guangdong province. Participants can utilize the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to cross without needing mainland license plates or a dual-plate permit. The initial three-year period of the scheme was nearing its end.
