Union Minister for Education Dharmendra Pradhan along with Minister for Education Nara Lokesh and Minister for MSME Kondapalli Srinivas, he visited the PM Shri AP Model School in Bhogapuram of Vizianagaram district on Tuesday. He interacted with the students and expressed happiness at their prompt responses to his queries. Mr. Pradhan highlighted that the interaction made him realise the quality of education provided at the school.
The Union Minister added that students from rural and economically weaker backgrounds can do wonders when provided with quality education. The Union and State government’s are focused on providing quality education at par with national standards through the establishment of PM Shri A.P. Model Schools.
Mr. Pradhan hailed Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for giving top priority to the education sector in the ambitious Vision-2047 document.
Mr. Lokesh highlighted the ‘Talliki Vandanam,’ a financial assistance programme designed to encourage enrolment and strengthen government schools. Mr. Kondapalli Srinivas requested parents to focus their children’s education and help them develop their career.
Vizianagaram MP Kalisetti Appala Naidu, Vizianagaram MLA Aditi Vijaya Lakshmi, Collector S.Ramsundar Reddy, Joint Collector S.Sedhu Madhavan and other officials were present.
