CREDAI Kerala is set to host STATECON 2026, its annual conference, in the city on July 3 and 4, to explore the future of Kerala’s real estate and economic growth.
Chief Minister V.D. Satheesan will inaugurate the conference. Panchayat Minister K.M. Shaji, Forest Minister Shibu Baby John and Mayor V. V. Rajesh will attend.
This year’s theme, ‘Reimagining Kerala: talent, technology, tomorrow’, reflects CREDAI Kerala’s focus on the State’s long-term growth and the evolving role of the real estate sector in supporting economic transformation, the organisers said.
The two-day conference will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and domain experts to deliberate on talent development, technology adoption, innovation, sustainability, policy reform and the creation of a more enabling business environment for investment and enterprise.
CREDAI Kerala State chairman Roy Peter, convener general and CREDAI national executive committee Member S. N. Raghuchandran Nair, and conference chairman V. S. Jayachandran said the conference is envisioned as a strategic platform for meaningful dialogue, collaboration and exchange of ideas that can contribute to Kerala’s development priorities.
