Off-duty state trooper and civilian credited with helping stop Idaho In-N-Out shooter

Officials say three people were killed and seven were injured in a shooting at an In-N-Out in Idaho over the weekend. Officials believe the shooter acted alone and are investigating possible motives. Lilia Luciano reports.
