パワハラ、セクハラ…秋田の女性議員、52％がハラスメント経験

A recent survey in Akita Prefecture has revealed that over half of the female local assembly members have experienced some form of harassment. The study indicated that 52% of respondents reported facing issues such as power harassment (pawahara) and sexual harassment (sekuhara) during their political careers. These incidents often occur within the assembly or during campaign activities. The findings highlight a significant problem of workplace and political harassment faced by women in public service in the region.
