SEGAMAT: Kementerian Kesihatan (KKM) diminta menambah petugas kesihatan terutama doktor pakar dan pegawai perubatan di Hospital Segamat yang disifatkan semakin kritikal ketika ini. EXCO Kesihatan dan Alam Sekitar Johor, Ling Tian Soon, berkata berdasarkan keperluan semasa, Hospital Segamat sepatutnya mempunyai 169 anggota pasukan perubatan termasuk doktor bagi mengendalikan pelbagai perkhidmatan dan jabatan yang sebahagiannya beroperasi 24 jam. The hospital currently has 120 medical staff, falling short of the required 169 to adequately manage its services. In response, the Johor Health and Environment Committee has formally requested the Ministry of Health to deploy additional medical personnel to the hospital.
