NEVS, the company that acquired Saab's assets, has officially declared bankruptcy, marking the definitive end of the historic Swedish car brand. A recent auction saw the sale of the last remaining vehicles from the Trollhättan factory. Among the eight cars auctioned were seven Saab 9-3 models, including pre-production units from 2014 and a 2018 autonomous development vehicle. The auction, managed by Klaravik, generated approximately 100,000 euros for the seven vehicles sold, which also included four NEVS-branded cars.
This event signifies the final closure of a once-iconic automotive manufacturer, concluding a significant chapter in automotive history.
