Iran, US exchange missile and drone fire, testing fragile ceasefire

U.S. forces in the Persian Gulf reported intercepting multiple Iranian ballistic missiles and drones aimed at Bahrain and Kuwait. In response to the aerial assaults, U.S. Central Command stated that American forces subsequently targeted Iranian coastal radar installations. These incidents occurred amidst a nearly 100-day conflict with no clear resolution in sight. Earlier in the week, Iran was accused of drone attacks on Kuwait's international airport, an accusation it denied, attributing the damage to a U.S. missile interceptor malfunction.
